Whether you’re craving a cozy dessert or looking to sneak in some nutrition without sacrificing flavor, this strawberry crisp hits the spot. Plus, it’s a wonderful way to enjoy the enchanting aroma and vibrant color of fresh strawberries in a new and tasty form.

Why I Trust Grand Teton Ancient Grains
When it comes to baking with whole grains, quality matters. That’s why Grand Teton Ancient Grains is always at the top of my list.
They’re a family-owned farm and mill in Idaho committed to doing things the right way. Their focus? Bringing back ancient grains like einkorn, khorasan, and hard red wheat—grains that have remained untouched by modern hybridization and are naturally rich in nutrients, flavor, and digestibility.
Here’s what sets them apart:
- Organic + Glyphosate-Free
They grow their grains without synthetic chemicals or glyphosate. Just clean, honest farming from start to finish. - Regenerative Practices
Instead of depleting the soil, they nurture it. Their farming improves the land, promotes biodiversity, and restores balance to the ecosystem. - Seriously Clean Grains
Before packaging, their grains are cleaned multiple times to remove any dust, debris, or chaff. You can see and taste the difference—beautiful, whole grains ready for milling, without any surprises.
I use their grains in everything from sandwich bread to cookies, but especially in cozy, fruit-forward desserts like this one. Einkorn adds a gentle richness and a slightly nutty flavor that complements the bright strawberries beautifully.
