(2 customer reviews)

Original price was: $36.00.Current price is: $33.00.

We were on the hunt for the perfect bread knife and this beautiful artisan bow knife checks all the boxes. These knives are hand crafted by an established artisan with over 20 years of experience, right here in the USA. They start with the finest lumber, then are cut and sanded until the wood becomes soft like velvet. The handle is made of cherry wood and the blade is made of high carbon steel. The shape of the handle provides proper tension to the blade while slicing. Cutting bread, tomatoes, meat and cheeses just got a lot easier with this beautiful and extremely sharp knife. No pressure is needed, just a gentle sawing motion. Truly a remarkable masterpiece that is so well made it can be passed on to the next generation.

Where has this been all my (bread-making) life?! I love everything about this sourdough journey EXCEPT cutting the bread. My serrated knife just doesn’t do the trick and I smash the bread, get a little too violent and the slices are always too thick. This bow knife is exactly what I need! It can easily cut paper thin slices and requires much less patience and pressure to use. LOVE IT

I love this knife and highly recommend it. Just know that the knife is designed for right-handed people. I didn’t think to take this into consideration though I know we live in a right-handed world. 🙂 It is doable to use your left hand to hold the knife and cross over it with your right hand to hold the bread, etc but it is awkward. Sometimes I try to just slice with my right hand but I lack coordination. Other times I just ask my husband to slice for me. Lol Even with my struggle I love this beautiful knife.
