Loaf:
2cupsfreshly milled soft white wheat flourfinely milled (230 grams)
¾cupsugar135 grams
1 ½teaspoonsbaking powder
½teaspoonbaking soda

¼cupbuttermelted (58 grams)
1egg
¾cupfresh squeezed orange juice
1tablespoonorange zest
2cupsfresh cranberries
Glaze:
¾cuppowdered sugar75 grams
2-3tablespoonsfresh squeezed orange juice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
