This is pizza for people who are tired of choosing between flavor and macros. You want the creamy, salty, deeply satisfying hit of alfredo pizza, but you also want something that actually fuels your body instead of putting you in a carb coma. The solution isn't a sad cauliflower flatbread or some rubbery protein wrap pretending to be dough. It's a crust made entirely from chicken, baked until the edges crisp up like real pizza crust, then loaded with silky Alfredo sauce, more chicken, and a blanket of melted cheese. This isn't diet food. It's just smart engineering. The crust holds up under the weight of the sauce and toppings, and each slice clocks in at around 30 grams of protein. You get the satisfying chew, the crispy bite, and the kind of flavor that makes you forget you're eating something that could double as post-workout fuel. If you've been looking for an easy recipe for pizza night that the whole family will love, this is your sign to try it!

To make the alfredo sauce, melt the butter and simmer the garlic over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for a couple minutes. Whisk in the heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes. Turn the heat off and stir in the parmesan cheese.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a round baking pan or pizza pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the crust.
Spread the crust out on the pan, using greased hands, into about a 12 inch disc. Make sure it’s pretty even.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, until cooked through.
Once cooked, spread the minced garlic onto the top of the crust, then add the alfredo sauce and spread it around. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese, then some of the mozzarella cheese. Add the chicken and basil and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Place back in the oven and cook for another 7-10 minutes, until everything is melted.
