Donut Batter:
1cupblanched almond flour120 grams
½cupunflavored protein powder56 grams
⅓cupcocoa powder
½teaspoonbaking soda
½teaspoonsalt
2eggs
4tablespoonsmaple syrup
4tablespoonsplain Greek yogurt
2teaspoonsvanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and grease a 6-count donut pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, protein powder, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
Add the wet ingredients - eggs, maple syrup, yogurt, and vanilla and mix until thoroughly combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Fill the donut pan with the batter and bake for 18-22 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
