12pitted dates
12almonds
4tablespoonssoftened coconut butter
3tablespoonsunsweetenedshredded coconut
3tablespoonsdark chocolate chips
1teaspooncoconut oil
Instructions
Combine the coconut butter and shredded coconut in a small bowl. Make sure the coconut butter is softened so that it stirs well.
Slice each date open, making sure to leave it together, and place some of the coconut mixture in it.
Stuff each one with an almond.
Line a tray with parchment paper.
