Ingredients

  • 12 pitted dates
  • 12 almonds
  • 4 tablespoons softened coconut butter
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Combine the coconut butter and shredded coconut in a small bowl. Make sure the coconut butter is softened so that it stirs well.
  • Slice each date open, making sure to leave it together, and place some of the coconut mixture in it.
  • Stuff each one with an almond.
  • Line a tray with parchment paper.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil and carefully dip the dates into it.
  • Place them on the parchment paper and place in the fridge to harden.
  • Store in the fridge.
