Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour 180 grams
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder 56 grams
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup creamy cashew butter 135 grams
  • 2-4 tablespoons maple syrup depending on the sweetness of your protein powder
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil 115 grams
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Optional Coating:

  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Roll into balls and place in the fridge.
  • Combine the coconut sugar and cinnamon together.
  • Roll the balls in the cinnamon sugar and store in the fridge.
