Batter:
½cupsugar100 grams
½cupwhole milk120 grams
½cupavocado oil110 grams

2teaspoonsvanilla extract

Glaze:
1 ½cupspowdered sugar150 grams
1tablespoonmelted butter
4tablespoonsfinely chopped strawberries
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1-2tablespoonsmilk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until smooth.
Coat strawberries with 2 tablespoons of flour, then fold into the batter.
Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Prepare the glaze by combining all the ingredients together and pour over top of the loaf once cooled.
