Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter 230 grams
  • ¾ cup sugar 150 grams
  • ½ cup brown sugar 100 grams
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ¾ cups freshly milled soft white wheat flour finely milled (431 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips 262 grams
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts 113 grams

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla and beat for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Add the chocolate and nuts and combine.
  • Scoop onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until they start to turn golden brown.
