Ingredients

  • 2 ⅓ cups rolled oats 233 grams
  • cup almond flour 68 grams
  • cup unsweetened shredded coconut 33 grams
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • cup melted coconut oil
  • cup honey 90 grams
  • cup cashew butter or peanut butter 83 grams
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • cup chocolate chips 68 grams

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, coconut, and salt.
