Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider 250 grams
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ¼ cups half and half 300 grams
  • ½ cup whole milk 116 grams
  • Whipped cream and cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan over high heat, bring the apple cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice to a boil.
  • Boil for a few minutes, then reduce to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes until reduced.
  • Let the apple cider cool, then combine it with the maple syrup, vanilla, half and half, and milk in a jar (you can use all whole milk as well). Shake to combine.
  • Add to hot or iced coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
  • Shake before each use and store in the fridge for up to a week.
