Ingredients
1cupapple cider250 grams
1teaspooncinnamon
¼teaspoonnutmeg
¼teaspoonallspice
3tablespoonsmaple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla
1 ¼cupshalf and half300 grams
½cupwhole milk116 grams
Whipped cream and cinnamon for topping
Instructions
In a small saucepan over high heat, bring the apple cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice to a boil.
Boil for a few minutes, then reduce to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes until reduced.
Let the apple cider cool, then combine it with the maple syrup, vanilla, half and half, and milk in a jar (you can use all whole milk as well). Shake to combine.
Add to hot or iced coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
